Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Purpose:<\/strong> Quality culture has been the subject of interest of researchers for over three decades. The topic is taken up by scholars from different cultural backgrounds. However, despite this, there is still no consensual definition. This article aims to identify and summarize the definitions of quality culture in the Polish literature. It helps to understand the differences between the definitions of quality culture and its elements. It proposes a holistic interpretation of quality culture, thus it can prevent definition misunderstandings. Design\/methodology\/approach:<\/strong> A scoping review (SR) of literature published 1999-2024 and indexed in databases: BazEkon, Biblioteka Nauki, Web of Science, Scopus, Katalog Bibliotek Uniwersytetu Jagiello\u0144skiego was used. The review included 21 sources of evidence.
Findings\/conclusions: <\/strong>Definitions of quality culture in the Polish literature were identified and summarized. The construct\u2019s components were grouped into three categories: managerial, cultural, and connecting elements.
Research limitations: <\/strong>The SR focuses on one country while omitting others.
Practical implications:<\/strong> SR results can be used in the following areas: designing and implementing quality management systems, building internal communication, training and employee development.
Originality\/value:<\/strong> The SR allowed to develop an original definition of quality culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
